the CMBA business growth planner

A few weeks ago, I sat down for an impromptu review of my business numbers.  I calculated monthly income based on revenue stream, monthly expenses, and net profit.  Then I set monthly sales goals for each revenue stream, and created a plan of attack to make those numbers a reality.

After I was done, I realized this was probably something that lots of CMBA readers should also do for their businesses.

So I created the CMBA Business Growth Planner.

The goal of the Business Growth Planner is to move away from ambiguous goals, and instead to create a concrete plan for financial growth.  It takes you through 4 key steps for growing your business:

  1. Analyze your current numbers.
  2. Set goals.
  3. Create a plan.
  4. Take action.

The Business Growth Planner isn’t a passive ebook – instead it’s full of worksheets that you can print again and again to help you easily create a plan for your business.  If you’ve ever thought about creating a business plan, but didn’t like the traditional format, then check out the Business Growth Planner.  It’s designed to help you through all the steps of business planning – but instead of a boring document, you’ll create an action plan you can actually use.

  7. Great planner! I’m wondering if you could comment on how to decide if a revenue stream is worth it or not. Obviously the more you put into it, the more you generally get out of it, but how can you tell if it’s worth putting in that work and time?

  8. I really like your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you create this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it
for you? Plz respond as I’m looking to design my own blog and would like to know where u got this from.
